How long do I wear my aligners each day?
Invisalign generally recommends 20–22 hours a day. Follow your provider’s instructions for wear time and when to change aligners.
Can I take them out to eat?
Yes. Remove aligners for meals and drinks other than water, and clean your teeth before putting them back in.
How long does treatment take?
It varies with the tooth movements needed and how consistently you wear your aligners. Your provider will discuss an estimated timeline.
Will I need a retainer afterward?
Retainers are generally needed to help maintain the result. Your provider will explain the recommended schedule.
