Notice of Non-Discrimination
Every patient receives the same care. Interpreters and accessible formats are free.

AART Ventures PC, doing business as Smile Magic Family Dentistry, at 39 Pond St, Ashland, MA 01721, complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these characteristics.
We provide, free of charge
For people with disabilities, aids and services to help you communicate with us effectively, including qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats such as large print, accessible electronic formats and other formats on request.
For people whose primary language is not English, language services including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
If you need any of these, ask any member of our team or call the office at 774-999-0023. There is never a charge for these services.
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated against you
You may file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator:

You may file in person, by post or by phone. If you need help filing a grievance, our Civil Rights Coordinator will assist you. We will not retaliate against you for filing one.
You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:
